| Welcome to the website for our new apartment at Cabo Roig, which was completed in May 2003. Our apartment is part of the Vistamar III development, which is situated within walking distance of Cabo Roig It benefits from numerous modern bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small shops, banks and a local Medical centre, all of which are within easy walking distance. |

For sun worshippers, the picturesque harbour and beautiful award winning beaches of Cabo Roig and La Regia are within walking distance, whilst La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Campoamor beaches are all within easy reach.
The apartment comprises:
Two bedrooms (One with Double bed and the other with twin beds, both fitted with wardrobes)
A large lounge/diner (with TV, video and Hi-fi)
A fully fitted kitchen (comprising oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster)
A large bathroom
Balcony (with table & chairs)
There are local activities for all the family including horse riding, go karting, scuba diving and sea fishing. There are 3 Golf Courses within 3km, Villa Martin, Campoamar and Las Ramblas.
Torrevieja with it's busy shopping centre, restaurants, bars and fascinating sea-front and harbour is only 6km away, which can be reached by car or via local buses, which run regularly during the day.
